Beginner in New Jersey
Im looking into starting the road to real estate investing and will be moving to central New Jersey in the near future. I plan to start doing this as a side gig since I work in the healthcare field full time. I would like to concentrate on obtaining a multiunit rental that produces passive income and seeing if anyone else had any success with this starting out. Any advice is well appreciated!

Hey Vanessa, thanks for the reply. I was reviewing the 70% rule and the 50% rule when it comes to the mortgage. I was wondering what other data points you are taking into consideration and what rye of property are you buying (single family home/apartment/multiunit?). Also wondering what area you were looking at also
