If it's a group of (one and done) investors that need training to understand the space than not so much.

I did not see enough space for 15-20 spots next to the building, let alone additional parking for each parking.

Removed passthrough door between bedrooms, allowing us to take that underutilized space to add a 2nd closet to both bedrooms.What was the outcome?

The walls are opened up and the attic has plenty of roof as well as a large crawl space under the house.

At least have the decency to actually look at the property and of course we all use the inspection contingency to uncover unknown issues in attics, crawl spaces, basements and many other areas that require a full inspection.

This spring this private area will be adorned with plenty of shade for your private moments... and there's still plenty of backyard space for family fun.
