I manage the house and use Cozy for application process & collecting rent.

I used Cozy to do the tenant application process and managing, I personally met with serious inquirers at the house to show them the place, but with Covid that may need to change.

Check the mechanical and structural areas for the home including heating and air conditioning unit, hot water heater, roof, etc.
