I can not seem to activate the rabbit's foot in Tallahassee when it comes to contractors. I've completed many projects throughout the SE Region and always seem to run into a Rockstar contractor. However, that has not been the case in Tallahassee, Fl. We have been struggling to complete a mostly cosmetic rehab in Tallahassee, FL for the last 5 months now. It seems as though the contractors in the city are either too busy to take on new investor clients or entirely too expensive to meet an investors margins. I even went to the extent of sending a contractor from Atlanta to Tallahassee who's completed jobs in the past for me and he struck out too. Maybe its just something in the Tallahassee air 🤷🏾‍♂️
