I am about to purchase a mobile home in kingsvile tx, advise?
Any advise would be appreciated. It is 47,000 about 1000 sq foot. The rent is 550. After all deduction rent would be 510 monthly. Property manager will do everything all the work. I just collect money . Any advise ?

My guess is you can get an actual stick built home with that same rent ratio. May pay a little more but rent will be more as well. Also right in hurricane alley there what are your insurance cost, lot cost and PM cost. That will be more than the indicated $40 expense.
