Collecting payments automatically

What is the best and cheapest way that I can collect payments automatically from tenants.  I'm looking for a service that allows me to have complete control so that tenant does NOT have to create an account, but just sends me their banking info and I plug it into the system and it creates an ach debit out of their account into mine every month.  Let me know.
