Clean out dryer vent and add grated cover to dryer exhaust at side of garage5) Repair water heater as suggested in appliance warning on counter in kitchen: "Excessive rust in burner compartment" to restore hot water function6) Remove Shed as it appears to be sitting on the ground and is dilapidated8) Replace carpet in back bedroom due to stains9) Remove rest of exposed plywood under counters away from range and/or cover with trim to make it look finished10) Patch & paint minor drywall damage/ water spots at ceiling and at entry to enclosed porch from interior and some other minor areas

I have my eyes on a great looking property with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the land size being 25 ft X 105 ft.The property is old and was built in 1960 though and it definitely looks like it needs some upgrades like better kitchen with modern cabinets, better flooring (currently red carpets) and some slight remodeling to the bathrooms.

Just decide if you are ok with pets and if you are decide what sort of pet fee (not deposit) you are going to charge.6 (or more) puppies are not house broken and tend to have 6 times the accidents (carpet and subfloor) as a housebroken adult dog.

Plans are to just do cosmetic updates inside...paint, carpet...that sorta thing.
