The wealth of information you can acquire here is truly amazing and the contribution of the members is something to behold.

I look at it as one more house in the portfolio that will be contributing to my overall income and net worth.To me, the end goal is to get as many houses as I possibly can that can give me that 350 to 400 a month number.

And then given to the partnership as a contribution.

First thing is to get an ironclad partnership agreement that will spell out exactly what you and your partner's roles will be, who will contribute what, how profits will be split.....answer every imaginable question now because doing so is far easier than later on.

I am very much looking forward to vast amount of topics and knowledge on this site but also am a little bit nervous as to what I will be able to contribute back.

The more investors I visit with the more I think everyone has a point of view about the world and how they can contribute value.

We bought it in Jan and comped the ARV at 117k, by the time we put it on the market in March we got 2 offers within the first week for 129k, closed at 125k with no contributions.
