Hi,

My name is Jay West and have FINALLY decided I need to make it onto the forums after listening to multiple podcasts (which are great I might add...thank you Josh and Brandon!) I came across the site a few years back when doing some research and have finally gotten into real estate. My current interest is in buy and hold and am focusing on SFR at this point. My partner and I have 2 in in W. Pasco and have utilized much info from the podcasts and Beginner's Guide to Investing up to this point. I thought it was time to "check out" the forums a little closer and quickly realized how many from the Tri Cities area are members. I am very much looking forward to vast amount of topics and knowledge on this site but also am a little bit nervous as to what I will be able to contribute back. I am relatively new (after much research) into the field but plan to be involved for good. Thank you to Josh and Brandon and everyone who does contribute to make this site great and to help other be successful. It is certainly something you don't have to do but are gracious enough to do and I appreciate it. Hope I also will be able to provide some input and knowledge as I continue to grow and learn.
