Hello, I have been lurking in the bushes for 6 months and now I'm making it official. I live on the south side of Houston in the Clear Lake area and have been doing single family rentals and flips for the last 4 plus years. Looking to step up my number of rentals, be it with more single family or a few 4 plex's then on to large multi units. Would love to meet some like minded folks in my neck of the woods. Nice to be part of the community.
