Hello, my lender told me that he can use my business to get me a 30 year loan on a rental property.

Has anyone else actually ran the numbers being used in the Example Plans in Chapter 5 of The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner?

Rather I'm looking for a mature STR market with enough supply that makes it worthwhile for my co-hosting business to bring our services.One variable I'm digging into is how many STRs are self-managed vs managed by a PM or co-host.

The plan is to hold it long enough to see appreciation do it's thing AND in time we have the option to turn it into an entire house airbnb or even a long term rental for passiveness sake.
