My name is Jarrett McAllister and I wanted to introduce myself to this amazing community I stumbled upon :) I am 32 years old with a wife and 2 beautiful daughters (8 year old and 9 month old) and just last year we bought our first owner occupied investment home here in the Oak Park district of Sacramento, CA. 

Very interested in a 4 unit apartment complex with additional commercial space that is currently a turn key beauty salon in business.

He paid 30,000 from bank and previous buyer paid 180,000 for it a few years ago. its a fixer upper, 2bd, 1bth, 1/2 acre beautiful lot across from a river.

I think I fancy the latter haha.When it comes down to it I love nothing more than a beautifully built home in the perfect location, so I think I'll always be drawn to residential, but with that said I also do want to get into multi-unit complexes (25+ units) which that is considered commercial, correct??
