How did you get started in Real Estate while working Full time?

Hey Everyone - I'd like to start a discussion, hear your experiences and generate ideas about the best way to transition from the corporate world to RE entrepreneur:

What was your max work potential for investing/developing/flipping while also working your FT job?

How did you manage the transition? What were your early days like?

Did you have specific savings to bridge your transition?

Where was the tipping point where you felt secure enough to jump to RE full time?

I live in nyc, so everything's expensive. I want to do this the intelligent way :)

Much appreciated!
