The kitchen floor had collapsed and the yard was a jungle...I was afraid but went for it!

And I didn’t have any tedious cleaning or yard work to do.

I have it advertised on all main websites and am awaiting the arrival of FOR RENT yard signs.My asking rent is $1700, its a 3/3.

The pole is in his yard at the border to ours and feeds all utilites to his house and ours.I'd imagine that even if he or any previuous owner of that property paid for the pole that there is an easement on the pole for use as needed by by power, phone and cable.

Most likely damage would be- urinating on carpets, eating drywall, scratching up floors, messing up the yard (if applicable).

There is a large mobile home / RV park 100 yards away and it’s 100% occupied.
