Posted

My name is Moumine, I live in the kansas city area. I'm very passionate about real estate but too scared to actually jump into the water. But this year coming I decided to do everything I can to make it happen. So here I'm looking for advices on where to start from. I've been doing alot of research and to take some real estate classes.

@Moumine Toukourou Analysis Paralysis is very common with new investors. The first thing I recommend is clearly establishing your goals and objectives and then define your criteria. Once you know these things, it becomes less scary when you're evaluating opportunities and reduces risk. If your goal is cash flow, you're fortunate to live in a strong cash flow market like Kansas City. You don't need to go outside of your back yard. I've been active in KC for several years. If I can be of any help, feel free to contact me.
