I don't care if the companies are legit and people can make money...what I care about is pulling these young minds out of 'circulation' since they aren't creating any real value in this (and most) MLM companies.

In Fl, you can have someone do the data entry and upload the photos, but you must take the photos, pull the comps, make (or dictate) the comments in the report and assign a market value.

In every case, I've spent time researching, pulling comps, visiting properties, getting contractor bids etc., and so far when it has been time for them to follow through on their end they are suddenly hard to get in contact with.
