Hey y'all,

Im a 21 year old realtor out of the South shore looking to make 2016 a HUGE year for me. I have several investors I'm working with and plan to add more to my contact list. Besides the point.. I have a question regarding properties that are being built around the South shore area. Whats the best advice you guys/gals can give me on the subject of me obtaining those builds as listings? I see land being torn down and properties being built but as a realtor I would love to slide in somewhere in that process to obtain that listing. Should I be pulling permits or information from the town hall or something?! Please help because I have a hand full of them that I'm looking at and want them as my OWN listing!!!!!
