Lightswitch & outlet covers - make sure all are clean and not brokenEverything as clean as possible - if you have rugs, rent a steam cleaner, especially if the house will be vacant long enough for the carpets to dry.

The new tenant who moved in last fall said the lint trap/plastic for it for this dryer just broke and needs to be replaced as it keeps falling out while drying and makes a lot of noise.

If you get a good number through a broker that lead source will dry up because you just cut their incentive to feed you deals.

If this place started with clay pipes and sat unused for several years (which would allow the sewer lines to completely dry out, possibly causing more shifting of the individual pipes) then I think this is on you, not the tenant.Replace the whole line.

I would do a thorough search of every piece of dry wall and any other surface that is around the shower and go look at it in the attic as well.Generally speaking there is only a handful of mold types that are dangerous.
