Recently sold homes in the neighborhood sold this year average out to be 225K.This home needs the roof repaired and cosmetic upgrades.

I use a MacBook Pro so that I can do the creative when I need to and for the longevity and low/no maintenance and no extra security software.I also have a windows desktop, but I used it so little that I converted it to a home theater PC.It is almost time for me to upgrade my laptop.

I would find a deal, upgrade to a plus (or pro) membership, and put an ad in the marketplace.

It could use a few upgrades but all systems are functional and 2 units are rented out at a total of $1400/month.

It has a nice kitchen and upgraded flooring.

Just because you're done with the rehab doesn't mean there aren't things that can/should be upgraded or fixed.
