Hello everyone,

I've been interested in real estate investing for some time and now i Wish to begin wholesaling deals to get my feet wet and make a little cash for future deals. Why question tot he experts and/or seasoned Vet's is what are the best ways to find buyers for your deals, but also how to weed out the fakers from the takers, and what properties attract these potential buyers?
