Also section 8 is usually a couple hundred over regular tenants and you can ask section 8 for a yearly raise and they're usually very good with that (at least in my experience)I still think Real State business is really good in Baltimore it does have its caveats but overall the returns are pretty good (In my experience again) how different was it before.Btw, pretty cool art.

Applicant pool has been smaller than usual but I expected that as we just did some upgrades/refreshes  to the home and raised the rent $350 a month, add in Covid and well here we are.

It's time to see that third unit, you can't decide without seeing it.As a carpenter you should be able to raise the height of the windows, put up railing, make them unable to open... something so a kid can't fall out.How about a spiral stair case?
