Alright, it is not easy to figure out exact numbers / information about the special assessments because there are many different organizations involved.

I always try to do at least 1 thing each day that helps me get towards a more organized system, another property, or to decrease expenses on my portfolio.

I am a newbie, but I have read a few books, and am still organizing my goals. 

In the alternative, you could network with the local REIA or neighborhood watch organizations to get a feel for how it is.

Read books on predictive indices and there's a great book by the Gallup organization called Strength's Finder.
