But I have heard increasing requests for dashboard-like products that are essentially not connected to any listing but still allow people to keep track of all the properties they look at.If I get back into new product development later this year, I may take a stab.

For date changes most payment services should be able to handle this as with our service we can modify a particular automatic payment to run later for just that month and include late fees, if necessary.

As an attorney myself, I have had numerous clients tell me they'd like for me to prepare a document (form, contract, etc) that they can modify for later use, which is fine, as long as you know I may not be able to pick up the pieces after the storm.

I have what I consider an interesting scenario and I am curious to get some coaching/thoughts/feedback from fellow BP members:I have a seller who wants to get out of her property (4 family in Cincinnati, Ohio), but ultimately wants more than it’s worth (in my opinion), but she has great equity so I offered her full price if she was willing to seller finance the remaining portion at 0% for up to 3 years so that I could easily refinance and get her paid off later.
