First Time Home Buyer Program
Hi,
I've been a lurker for a while, but this is my first post. I have read multiple books on the Bigger Pockets reading list for beginner real estate purchasers and investors. I am interested in buying my first home then later using that to leverage additional purchases to rent or flip. Since this will be my first purchase, I would like to take advantage of a first time home buyers program. I have read up on the pros and cons of these programs and I have found multiple first-time home buyers programs in the area but am interested in anyone's opinions on which one may be the best one.
Thanks for your time!
Meghan
