You'll have more control over the asset, multiple income streams from the same property, all expenses under one roof (in most cases), and more benefits.Condo investing can be more 'hands-off' since many developments have on-site property managers, maintenance staff, supers, porters, etc.I hope this helps... best of luck to you moving forward!

Hi All, Big trucks with large fans & towels & dehumidifiers been seen at the rental, and tenant claims they hired carpet cleaners and staff to wash/clean all carpet&furniture.

While such aspects sound good in books, reality is that if you have a larger investor, they will have a broker on staff, salary and perhaps a small bonus.
