(they will see this easily on your bank account statement) When I say you need to save up for the 3.5%, you really need to save it or get it in the form of an approved source for FHA downpayment assistance.

We could always try it on a couple of units (it's only doors and shutters) and see what it looks like but it would be inefficient getting it done, purchasing paint, etc.I asked my wife to find some pictures on the internet and she can't find any, which likely shows that it is not common.  

If so, I'd recommend a few different groups on Facebook to reach out to for assistance and also search on Craigslist.

I am about to take my PA real estate license as well and have access to the MLS thru a friend of mine I've been helping out as an assistant.
