I actually found your site earlier today and am very impressed with what you have achieved in the Raleigh area.  

I was under the impression back then that since KW was big and had impressive structure that mimicked corporate America, they would spoon feed me everything I needed to know.

Builders are breaking ground and constructing new houses at an impressive speed.

I was under the impression it goes like this:  seller accepts my offer, I am notified of acceptance by seller, THEN his lender approval comes after.  

First impressions count, and it looks a lot more delicious now than before.

Now that that is out of the way, This is my first time using these forums and so far just by listening to the podcasts and reading through the beginners guide I am very impressed with this site and community.

I had been under the impression that we are supposed to use the "first qualified applicant" model.

I'm obsessed with the podcasts at the moment and so impressed with the information and peer guidance culture of Bigger Pockets.  

It's my impression that the geothermal units are quite expensive.
