What Major Markets Experiencing Development Boom?

I own a real estate investment firm in Denver, Co. We develop properties on our own and also send a percentage of our inventory to other developers. Our marketing is incredible and I was curious about exploring other markets. Denver is in a huge boom right now, are there any other markets experiencing the same intensity?

Tampa, Tampa, Tampa. In Particular the Riverview area for suburb/subdivision development.

Downtown Tampa and St Pete are great for the high rise type development.
