I know basics about taxes here and about bank interests on loans, very little about LLS, and basic knowledge about laws (listened alot podcasts, need to implement all of this in my country, see what works and what not).

What type of soundproofing measures did you implement?

I’ve learned that there are so many real estate strategies to implement to be successful.

Meanwhile implementing these practices in our management system, and do trial and errors and polishing them.At the one month point, we are pretty established.

That said, I'm not really interested in Oregon due to the housing policies recently implemented.  

The turnkey companies do not plan to hold the property long-term, so their tenant-selection may not be as stringent as you would like.What services are offered to a turn key buyer?

The more I listened, the more I understood what Grant was getting at........it is up to each individual to decide how they map out their progress, but the 10X method will accelerate that progress if implemented.

Maybe somewhere down the line will we take the time to implement something like that. 

That money is gone and doesn't come back regardless of whether or not you implement what you learn.
