60k euros appartment and only 300 euros rent
Hello guys, this is my first time asking smthing on forums, my english is not so goo so im sry infront.
I want to start real estate buisness but have some questions to ask. First, in my country if i wanna buy appartment in city on good location, price would be around 60k euros for 50m2 appartment (1m2 around 1.200euros). If i rent that same appartment, price would be anywhere from 250-300 euros per month. I did some calculations here and found out that my cash flow would not be so great (minus loan, following requirments, etc). I would have somewhere between 50 to 100euros per month, and if i want to have for example my dream number ''paycheck'' (cashflow of 3000euros) i need to own almost 30 appartments if i calculated correctly. That number is pretty high.
In my country standard paycheck is around 500euros and rent is not so high, but price of appartments are. So my question is this:
If i have for example 60k and i wanna invest, do u suggest me to invest in my country or somewhere else? (saw some examples from US where someone bought a house i think for 100k and then rented for 2k, and made i think around 300dollars cashflow (good salary in my country))
I know that everyone preach invest in market u know but if invest in market i know i ll need 30 appartments to get dream number but if i invest in houses like in example i would need only 10.
Im not sure if i explained this good but im here if anyone have questions. Any help or suggestion, would be really appriciated.
