Investor interested in buy-and-hold real estate in the mid-west. Not looking to make a quick buck. I see this as a way to diversify away from our 401ks, and make money slowly and steadily. I'd like to leverage lower prices, likely in the mid-west (OH. KS, MO, PA), for positive cash flow.
