Real Estate Agent Seeking Advice

Anthony Torres

Hello everyone!

I'm a new realtor entering the market! I'm really excited and a little bit overwhelmed about all of the material there is to learn. My main goal is to find strategies to generate business. Are there any realtors out there that have advice? I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

@Anthony Torres

Congratulations on starting your career as a real estate agent! It’s understandable to feel overwhelmed at first. Here are some tips that might help you generate business:

  1. Choose the right real estate brokerage.
  2. Seek out additional training opportunities.
  3. Establish a schedule and stick to it.
  4. Invest in marketing materials.
  5. Find an agent buddy.
  6. Seek out a mentor for new real estate agent tips and advice.
  7. Track your finances.
  8. Create a ‘loose’ business plan.

These tips can help you get started, but there are many other things you can do to generate business as a new real estate agent. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or if there’s anything else I can help you with.
