I think it depends on what your goals are.I currently have a really nice airbnb cabin that isn't cash flowing the way I'd like, but I do expect it's value to go up materially within the next 10 years.

I'd be open to a partnership if I could find someone open to it and trustworthy.

In our market, I figure I'd need 65 units to afford to pay a w-2 employee to manage for me-- but I probably won't since I really don't mind managing.

I'd suggest running your numbers based on a few scenarios to see what works best for your overall goals for the property.
