Interested in learning more about wholesaling properties without the gimmicks. I have done well here at BP so far with meeting people to aid me in my Real Estate ventures and hope this will be a success as well. Thank you in advance.

How much will you have to spend in marketing? How many good wholesalers are in your area? Do you know any local wholesalers?

Your first thought, without gimmicks is great, but will you have the cash to buy any of the properties because that is always the first gimmick of wholesalers? They get in the door with a
"cash offer" without cash.

Wholesalers fail because they have the wrong why. They just want the spread of the deal, not to help someone by explaining why wholesaling can be a win-win for them because you are their conduit to the next step.
