There are of course generalist, but often commercial agents/brokers are very specific in what they do....hotels, big hotels, small hotels, restaurants, tenant rep, industrial, car washes, strip centers, land, office, medical office, small apartments, medium sized apts, large institutional apartments....and on and on.Is there not enough business for you locally to stay in business?
