I am only 13; What should I do to get out of the Rat Race?

Could I please have some help?

Hello! I am Ayden, and I am a 13 year old, an 8th grader. I recently learned some basic financial literacy from the book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and I am noticing that Mister Kiyosaki's books are directed towards an older audience, and I was not sure how I could start to set myself up for my financial independence. Please help me!

@Ayden Traynor welcome to the site!

At 13, unless you are working, you're not yet in the "rat race" although typically that's where people head.

Overall in general you want to get a good education.  Not so much because you're going to be doing calculus to invest in real estate, but the idea behind the education is to teach you how to solve problems.

If you can be a good problem solver, you can go very far in life no matter what you do.
