That's time that could be spent analyzing deals, spending quality time with your family, or snorting blow in the Applebee's bathroom.Personally, I'd try to fix it myself, but mostly for the experience and education (and I enjoy that kind of stuff), not because it's necessarily the best financial choice.

Hi guys I'm in the middle of a house flip that ended up costing a lot of money because the partner that I'm working with is responsible for picking all the materials and contractors out,  as I am remote,  but has been flip-flopping on all of the decisions going between multiple contractors and multiple choices of flooring  xcetera .

The way it was piped, as built, may not allow for this but worth checking out.Get a (some) good HVAC specialists in and get educated over the summer so you can make a decision before next winter.As to leaving it for the next owner; your choice but for ever $1 you take out of operating costs, you get back $10 on sale (assuming a 10 CAP).
