Maybe never in CO but other areas have seen it happen.Personally I am always trying to tell others that they need to look carefully in any area no matter how attractive the deals are.I agree that you need to work with an agent who knows the lay of the land.

Hey BP World - I wanted to know if anyone has had any luck with structuring a novation deal in South Carolina.

We have a wide network of investors worldwide, but our business operations happen right here in metro Detroit.

Maybe ask the owner if you can speak with the tenant (not likely) if not, move on and find another deal.

To keep it short, just from knowing him as a friend and knowing the level of success he has, I already trust him enough to put money into his projects, but I know I should be responsible and do my due dilligence.Essentially, a big project right now is a cabin in a very busy vacation spot that is going to be about $2m.

I watched Dave Meyer's Market Intelligence Workshop on Demystifying Deal Analysis and found it very informative but I cannot find the TRI deep dive Excel spreadsheet.

I'm thinking that an building/converting an ADU on the right property might be a better deal that shelling out $800K on a multi-fam. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Lots of possibilities and that's what I love about this business.
