Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $28,000
Cash invested: $40,000

Bouight this property in one of the worse street in this town. Bought it for 28k rehab it for 40k and is rented for $900.00 to one of the best tenant I have.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Nobody else want to invest in this part of town and I took the risk.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I already owned a couple of properties in the same street.

Doing a full rehab.

lesson learned is always listen to your guts and dont apoy to much attention to the oether even if they are experts in the area.
