My name is Katie, and I'm excited to join this community and start my real estate journey. While I don’t currently own any property, I’m actively looking to purchase my first one and eager to learn everything I can about real estate investment and Airbnb hosting. I have a background in project management and marketing, which I hope will help me navigate this space as I grow my knowledge. 

I'm particularly interested in short-term rentals and strategies to maximize cash flow and ROI. I'm also passionate about financial independence and building long-term wealth through real estate.

Looking forward to connecting with like-minded people, learning from your experiences, and contributing to the community. I’m open to advice, networking, and learning from anyone who’s willing to share their expertise!
