I have been warned by many many people now that they are more of a giant sales pitch than anything else and no one I've met that invited me to one has yet to be interested in working with a "newbie" unless you have a lot of capital to burn.

Better to share the loaf than burn down the bakery.

Just eat the extra $1500 as profit that you pay tax on.   

Motivation can be from relocating, divorce, burned out landlord, retirement, etc.  

It's when he uses a torch he accidentally burns your property down.

I am planning on moving to the Tampa area of FL to try my hand at flipping full time so an extra $10-$15k would be great if I could get it by waiting. 

Easier to just do it once than twice unless there is some reason you want to give extra money to the State.  

So I have an extra 10-15K right now.

Is there any way to get around all of the extra fees and restrictions and paperwork to make this a smooth transaction.

Currently I do not have the best credit (fair) and not so much extra cash.
