Hey BiggerPockets Community,I’ve got 2 extra tickets for Hunter Thompson's RaiseFest happening at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa — starting this Wednesday, February 19.

I've been on the western slope for over 30 yrs.I built my primary, its; Slab on grade, stucco, concrete roof, painted with E-84n roof soffits and tailings fire caulk (anti-ember) vulcan fire vents, 4 car wide concrete driveway, extra large house numbers, red 3/4" hoses on reals @every corner, completely denuded of vegetation 100ft.

Sadly, the place burned to the ground back in 2016.

They placed me with Burns and Wilcox.

It could be anything... a mistake in estimating, a cost overrun, or something like the place burns down and the insurance wasn't properly taken out, or theft (of the money outright) or theft of materials along the way.
