Bought a townhouse in Virginia Beach last year and I’m getting ready to rent it out and would like to pick some minds of local investors.

I recently had a client buy this property:  91-621 Kilaha Street 39, Ewa Beach.  

Does anyone know if there are vacation rental property owners -- specifically Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, AL or NW Florida -- who would rent for a month to six weeks, say from the beginning of May through the first or second week of June? 

Near the beach or a swamp which makes stuff rot quickly so high maintenance?

Hi,I was wondering if some of the brokers and property managers of BP could enlighten me regarding the differences between the West Palm Beach Century Village area (not CV itself but the surrounding area)  and Greenacres /intersection of 809/882 area.Are there big differences between the 2 areas or once you get further away from the coast it's all the same?
