Brokers and PMs: questions about West Palm/Greenacres submarket
Hi,
I was wondering if some of the brokers and property managers of BP could enlighten me regarding the differences between the West Palm Beach Century Village area (not CV itself but the surrounding area) and Greenacres /intersection of 809/882 area.
Are there big differences between the 2 areas or once you get further away from the coast it's all the same?
