GC / Sub Referrals - Palm Beach / Martin Counties, Florida
Happy Father's Day everyone! I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but I'm wondering if any of you established investors out there would be willing to share any good, honest, reliable GCs or subs you've worked with on rehabs? We buy small and medium multi-families from Oakland Park north all the way to Vero Beach so likely any rehab would involve multiple units.
