Looking for more like minded rental property investors in Hampton Roads.

Was wondering if there are any groups or meet ups that happen frequently? Bought a townhouse in Virginia Beach last year and I’m getting ready to rent it out and would like to pick some minds of local investors.

Might be asking a lot but I’m also looking for a mentor if that’s possible to find on here. I have a couple officers I work with and they’re extremely helpful but they are much farther along then me and don’t seem to have the time of day.

The Hampton Roads Landlord Assoc is meeting for the first time in person since COVID for a summer social next Wednesday. It’s free to join but we have meetings catered so you do pay a fee for food. You can find it on meeting. The RSVP deadline is Monday noon.
