These are 3 tools that I use to Co-Host 100% remotely 1) Smartlock - Schlage or Yale- This allows me to virtually add codes for each guest reservation and unlock/lock the door as needed2) Security Camera - Ring doorbell - This allows you to see who is actually coming into the property and confirm it is the person who booked the property.

Sometimes knowing why but for silly reasons (a guest complained about a camera that was properly disclosed in the listing, etc).This is also why I don't use the same AirBNB account for my own travels as I do for my hosting.
