hi I'm Jen, happy to have a place to learn and give back to!

Hey y'all! I'm Jen, a former school nurse turned professional cuddle therapist out of Denver, a published, best selling, children's book author, an Amazon seller, and I sit on the board of non-profit called Relationship Matters CO. I've always been intrigued by having multiple streams of income and this place totally jazzes me up!

I have been lurking, reading book after book, and researching REI for about two years now. I just finished the book on Investing in Real Estate with No or Low Money Down by Brandon Turner. I'm fairly certain I've never highlighted a book so much!

My girls and I are done renting. We used to own a homestead in CA and need to get back to that life. I'd love to have many STRs on my future property, as well as travel nursing rentals, some WWOOFer spaces, and ideally, short term spaces available all the time for domestic violence survivor mamas who need a minute to catch their breath and gain their footing again after leaving their abusive situations. I'd like a house on the property that I can house-hack, also. At my estimates, the property could pull in $20k income with many many creative streams. We're looking in east Tennessee for an owner-financed property, so if anyone has any leads, send them my way!

Super happy to be here, in community, in service, and with profound gratitude!
