3 Pieces Of Technology For Your STR

These are 3 tools that I use to Co-Host 100% remotely 

1) Smartlock - Schlage or Yale

- This allows me to virtually add codes for each guest reservation and unlock/lock the door as needed

2) Security Camera - Ring doorbell 

- This allows you to see who is actually coming into the property and confirm it is the person who booked the property. This is also a good way to confirm the appropriate guest count that was on the reservation. 

3) Noise monitor - Minut 

- This will notify you if your guests are being too loud and if parties are taking place
