Roughly 4 weeks after we start we can generate addresses and get the properties under contract.

Background on the location: the neighborhood is a C+ transitioning to a B- near a large medical center with 12k+ employees. i've remodeled probably 15 doubles in columbus if you PM me the address i can let you know my thoughts. less bedrooms = less money.  

There are some other things you can do but these are best addressed privately.

What I am really asking is if I buy a property in Kansas City with an FHA as my primary residence and do not rent out the unit I would theoretical be living in, would I be okay legally as my address in Columbia while finishing my degree is not a primary address, but rather just my temporary stay while studying?

The title company will want to know who is involved in the transaction, what the property address is and that gets them started.

I'm a cop in the area, and my department and the city have several resources that might have insight into specific addresses where a BRRRR might be found.

Normally you can go to list source and pay for a list of addresses that match criteria, but Idaho is one of very few states were data isn't public.
