Background on the location: the neighborhood is a C+ transitioning to a B- near a large medical center with 12k+ employees. i've remodeled probably 15 doubles in columbus if you PM me the address i can let you know my thoughts. less bedrooms = less money.

What I am really asking is if I buy a property in Kansas City with an FHA as my primary residence and do not rent out the unit I would theoretical be living in, would I be okay legally as my address in Columbia while finishing my degree is not a primary address, but rather just my temporary stay while studying?

Hi @Austin Mudd - yes, spent $1788 so far and built something that Texts, e-mails and drops voicemail - so far it is working nicely.I just load all the addresses and phone numbers, and set the scheduler.

Sure, their credit will probably be very bad, but you are after the information that is on the report, such as past addresses, judgments (evictions!)

Normally you can go to list source and pay for a list of addresses that match criteria, but Idaho is one of very few states were data isn't public.
